We're looking for a recruiter who has experience in Semiconductor/VLSI/Embedded/EDA/IT sector. In this challenging, fast-moving, candidate-driven market, the ideal recruiter will be highly motivated and tenacious.

Objectives of this role

- Source and hunt candidates for all level in VLSI/Semiconductor/EDA/Embedded and IT.
- Screen and shortlist suitable candidates and put up to clients
- Regular touch and follow up the clients and candidates to keep the track of sourced candidates.
- To remain up to date on industry trends to ensure that candidates are evaluated using the prevailing standards and measurements
- Build database on daily basis to ensure Koral has relevant data for its business
- Keep up all Trackers timely basis
- Ensure to achieve the targets on daily/weekly/monthly/annual basis
- Self motivated and target oriented
- Out of box thinker to source the right fit irrespective of existing sources
- Build and develop Effective relationship with the candidates and clients to encourage repeat business
- Network with potential candidates to promote our brand and to ensure that it attracts qualified professionals

Responsibilities

- Analyse and Understand the Job Description (JD)
- Understand the business model and products of the client
- Write and post the jobs on to portals, job boards, social media, and other relevant channels
- Source, screen, and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles
- Prior calls with candidates to understand and assess their skills, knowledge, Motivation to change, stability, Compensation
- Build and maintain candidate database to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified applicants
- Remain up to date on technological trends in order to have strategic conversations with clients about their future hiring needs

Required skills and qualifications

- Successful track records in recruiting for the technology sector, Semiconductor/EDA/VLSI/Embedded/Electronics/IT
- Strong and effective experience with various interview formats (ex: Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts)
- To gain Technical expertise and an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tenacity, resourcefulness, and strong ability to build a solid network

Preferred skills and qualifications

- Any Masters degree or Engineering degree
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment in relevant filed
- Effective communication, attitude, learning, interpersonal skills
- Flexible enough in timings and days to attend the works as and when required
