Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a FMCG Sales Manager. The FMCG Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our channel network to grow our market presence. Daily tasks include not only developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service but also be able to roll your sleeves whenever required. Qualifications - Proven experience in FMCG sales, with strong knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Strong FMCG distributor network - Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad - Experience in the wellness or food industry is a plus
