Role Description This full-time on-site role, based in Ahmedabad, involves working as part of the FMCG Domestic Sales team at Jivika Agri Industries Pvt. Ltd. The day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, managing sales processes, training sales teams, and achieving sales targets. The individual will contribute to the company's commitment to providing sustainable and high-quality agricultural products to the domestic market. Qualifications - Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members - Customer Service skills to build and maintain excellent client relationships - Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive growth and meet targets - Ability to develop and deliver Training programs to enhance team capabilities - Highly motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills - Proven experience in a domestic FMCG sales role or related field - Knowledge of agricultural products or FMCG is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred - Ahmedabad Candidates only.
