Senior Data AnalystWe are looking for a Product Analyst to join our Product Analytics in Bangalore You will support the major outcomes in the Life Sciences and Healthcare organisation This role is progressing the organisation towards having strong analytics that can support product development You will work within the Product Operations team and be working with product managers and across functions including marketing sales sales support functions user analytics customer engagement UX and customer delight On a day-to-day basis you will be working with the Product Managers to deliver ongoing value-added product enhancements achieved by measuring and analyzing usage metrics in the products All aspects of the product will be reviewed from new functionality onboarding and evaluation of existing user patterns to audit the usability and usefulness About You - experience education skills and accomplishments At least 3 years experience working in product management operations or technology Strong initiative analytical Curious and proactive Proven ability to drive results in a global and matrix team Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies Bachelors degree It would be great if you also had bullet points appx 3-5 Experience working with Pendo and PowerBI What will you be doing in this role Analysis and sharing results with product ops team senior management the functions to work on plans to adjust and enhance the product Reporting metrics will help improve the retention rate of products This roll will also be working with usage analytics to identify those accounts at risk work with training product managers customer engagement to safeguard usage increases in existing accounts Working with the marketing team to evaluate what can be done to ensure we are maximising opportunities for sales Project management of Pendo items in the products e g training walkthroughs release notes help files etc Analyse feedback and ensure product management at all levels are aware of the issues and requests Product you will be developingYou will be working with product and cross-functional teams to support the Life Sciences space About the TeamThis is a growing team that is within Product Operations in Clarivates Life Sciences organization Hours of WorkFull-time permanentAt Clarivate we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all persons with respect to hiring compensation promotion training and other terms conditions and privileges of employment We comply with applicable laws and regulations governing non-discrimination in all locations
