Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: - Strengthen relationships with farmers, FPOs, agri-MSMEs, and co-operatives. - Leverage government schemes & subsidy programs for business. Compliance & Risk: - 100% adherence to audit norms, credit policy, and regulatory guidelines. - Zero tolerance for compliance lapses. Innovation & Digital: - Drive digital penetration (UPI, KCC cards, mobile banking, etc.) in rural/agri segment. - Support adoption of new agri-linked financial products. Requirements: - Graduate/Post-Graduate in Agriculture, Agri Business, Finance, or related fields (MBA preferred). - 8 to 10 years of banking experience with strong exposure to Agri / Rural banking with both b2b and b2b experience . - Proven track record in sales, business development, and portfolio management. - Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills. - Knowledge of local Agri markets, government schemes, and agri value chains.
