About the Role We are looking for a skilled and experienced South Indian Cook to join our Head Office at Powai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in authentic South Indian cuisine, efficient kitchen management, and consistent food quality. Key Responsibilities - Prepare authentic South Indian dishes such as idli, dosa, vada, uttapam, upma, poha, sambhar, chutneys, etc. - Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen at all times. - Ensure consistent taste, quality, and timely food preparation. - Manage daily ingredients, stock, and coordinate with the admin/HR team for kitchen requirements. - Plan and prepare breakfast/snacks as per daily menu and employee requirements. - Follow food safety guidelines and proper storage practices. - Manage cooking independently with minimal supervision. Requirements - 3–4 years of proven experience as a South Indian Cook in a corporate kitchen, restaurant, café, or catering. - Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine and breakfast items. - Ability to manage kitchen operations independently. - Good hygiene practices and discipline. - Immediate joiners preferred. Work Schedule: - Monday – Friday: Work from Office (Powai) - 1st Saturday: Work from Home - Last Saturday: Work from Office - Other Saturdays & Sundays: Off
