Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networking sites.
