Responsibilities Audit Compliance Coordinate and manage Cost Audit and Statutory Audit processes ensuring timely and accurate submissions Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements Cross-Functional Collaboration Provide financial support to cross-functional teams for budgeting cost control and reporting Collaborate with departments like Production SCM and HR for data validation and reporting Process Improvement SOP Review Participate in management-driven projects focused on efficiency and process improvement Review and enhance Standard Operating Procedures SOPs related to plant operations and financial workflows Inter-Company Transactions Handle inter-company reconciliations and ensure accurate expense booking Follow up on Group Company invoicing to ensure timely processing and clearance Expense Management Review monthly expense provisioning and ensure alignment with actuals and budgets Analyze G A expenses and provide insights for cost optimization Reporting Analysis Prepare and review Daily and Monthly Production Reports for management review Review Monthly MIS Reports including Goods in Transit Power Utility Consumption G A Expense Analysis Inventory Scrap Management Review Monthly Inventory Reports and Inventory Ageing Reports to monitor stock movement and valuation Manage Scrap Sales Invoicing and Accounting ensuring proper documentation and compliance Qualifications Bachelor s Master s degree in Commerce Finance or Accounting CA ICWA preferred 3-5 years of experience in plant finance or manufacturing industry Strong understanding of accounting principles audit processes and financial reporting Proficiency in ERP systems SAP Oracle and MS Excel Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving skills
