Communication & Outreach - Write personalized messages to candidates and consultants. - Coordinate with potential hires and manage communication flow professionally. 3. Smart Execution - Manage recruitment pipelines with speed, clarity, and accountability. - Deliver weekly reports on sourcing and progress. 4. Learning & Adaptability - Explore new recruitment tools and AI automations. - Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver with resilience. 💠What We Expect from You 1.
