Job Description

We are seeking a self-motivated, target-driven BD and Relationships Specialist (Telugu and Kannada speaking) to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial in building local market, operations and long term relationships.

Responsibilities:
Own the market relationships from qualified lead proposal signed deals case studies referrals
Update database & initiate contact (call, WhatsApp, event, email) with MSMEs making consumer goods
Qualify leads based on case study potential (problem-aware, solution pulling, digital adopters, decision-maker access)
Conduct structured prospect interviews, mystery shopping audits and document structured notes to identify objections, needs, urgency & budget
Build trust by tailoring pitch to business culture, local language use and maintaining follow-up cadence
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and maintain oversight of delivery team for local case studies & client referrals
Build partnerships with trusted local Experts and events for visibility & credibility

Incentive-linked Compensation:
Base salary + promising revenue-share incentives (monthly & quarterly)
Extra bonus for exceeding closure targets (+110%/ +120%/ +135%/ +150%) and when every local case study generates inbound leads or client provides referrals
