Overview We are PepsiCo PepsiCo is one of the world s leading food and beverage companies with more than 79 Billion in Net Revenue and a global portfolio of diverse and beloved brands We have a complementary food and beverage portfolio that includes 22 brands that each generate more than 1 Billion in annual retail sales PepsiCo s products are sold in more than 200 countries and territories around the world PepsiCo s strength is its people We are over 250 000 game changers mountain movers and history makers located around the world and united by a shared set of values and goals PepsiCo brands can be found in just about every country on the planet and globally were transforming how we make move and sell our products Were in the midst of a digital transformation defining what it means to be a CPG company in this digital age by embracing emerging tech Weve created centers of excellence designed to inspire our people These arent regular work environments theyre incubators for inventive thinking and problem-solving Theyre where our teams come together to create brand new solutions from the ground up to solve complex global challenges and disrupt the norm About the role This role provides comprehensive support to the PFNA Capital team in their recurring activities including financial close and forecasting It also involves reviewing Capital Appropriation Requests CARs preparing reports supporting forecasting processes and providing ad-hoc analysis to ensure accurate and timely capital management Responsibilities Review Capital Appropriation Requests CARs coordinate with project managers for alignment and route for approvals Prepare weekly close reports to ensure accurate actuals and alignment with forecast Support forecasting activities through roll-forward processes variance analysis and ad-hoc requests Evaluate new projects by conducting IRR and NPV analyses partnering with project managers to validate financials Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address capital project issues and provide financial guidance Support seamless integration of new businesses into PFNA capital processes Build reports and provide ad-hoc support to leadership and finance teams on capital-related queries Partner with Control and Finance functions on ad-hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives Develop and maintain financial models tools and reporting frameworks to improve efficiency and insights Highlight critical KPIs and financial indicators to support business decision-making and performance evaluation Qualifications Graduation with 5 - 7 years of experience in finance planning and or accounting CA MBA preferred Experience in managing a P L Experience in financial analysis data integrity maintenance and systems such as SAP Mosaic Strong excel skills Ability to work independently and takes initiative Capability to manage multiple time sensitive priorities simultaneously Detail-oriented organized in approach and in document maintenance Ability to function well in a team environment Consistently shows urgency courtesy and patience Exceptional communication skills Proficiency in English language
