Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives and decision-makers. - Collaborate with other departments and teams to cross-sell services and deliver comprehensive client solutions. Business Development: - Develop and implement strategies to expand the firm's presence and services in targeted sectors. - Identify new business opportunities and drive client acquisition initiatives. Team Leadership & Mentorship: - Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. - Support team performance by providing guidance on deal execution and client management. Market & Industry Analysis: - Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and advisory services. Qualifications: - Minimum 7+ years of experience in investment banking. - Proven success in leading and closing transactions, with an established network of industry contacts. - Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. - Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
