We're building the future of M&A in India, combining institutional-quality advisory with AI-powered automation. Work directly with Founder + Ops Lead on real deal execution. Core Responsibilities: - Deal operations: NDAs, data rooms, weekly founder touchpoints - Investor/buyer research: Database building, outreach campaigns, CRM management - Event coordination: Post-event follow-ups and future business development events - Systems building: Templates, SOPs, process documentation - Content support: LinkedIn posts, case studies, pitch material Reality Check: 70% operations, 30% research/coordination. Not finance modeling. Real responsibility from Day 1.
