Core Responsibilities: Deal operations: NDAs, data rooms, weekly founder touchpoints Investor/buyer research: Database building, outreach campaigns, CRM management Event coordination: Post-event follow-ups and future business development events Systems building: Templates, SOPs, process documentation Content support: LinkedIn posts, case studies, pitch material Reality Check: 70% operations, 30% research/coordination. Not finance modeling. Real responsibility from Day 1.
