We're Hiring for Digital Ad Sales

Location: Noida/Mumbai/Bangalore

At Republic, we don't just sell inventory — we sell impact, innovation, and influence. We're seeking a performance-driven Sales Leader who can drive client-first strategies, deeply understand business objectives, and translates them into powerful content monetization opportunities. You should have a proven track record of hitting at least 90% of sales targets consistently, have led high-performing teams, and possess a strong grip on the evolving digital media landscape.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrated ability to support sales initiatives, manage client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.

Familiarity with digital monetization models, influencer-led campaigns, and social media-driven PR strategies.

Exposure to new-age advertising technologies and a keen interest in learning and adapting to evolving trends.

Ability to contribute to the development of sellable IPs and integrated media solutions under guidance.

Awareness of national and regional media consumption trends, especially in high-growth digital markets.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

Enthusiastic about working at the intersection of content, sales, marketing, and innovation.

Requirement:

2-6 years of experience in Digital/CTV/OTT or Broadcast Ad Sales with clear client-facing exposure.

Proven team management experience with a track record of grooming talent and fostering collaboration.

Deep knowledge of digital monetization models, influencer-led content, PR strategies across social media, and new-age advertising technologies.

Strategic thinker with the ability to conceptualize sellable IPs, understand platform behavior, and generate integrated revenue opportunities.

Strong grasp of national & regional media trends, especially in states with high digital consumption potential.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to operate at the intersection of content, sales, marketing, and innovation.

Qualifications:

PGDM/ MBA/ PGPM preferred
