Role Description Marketing Communications Manager Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel) We are looking for aMarketing Communications Managerto support strategy & execution of marketing communications across Hyugalife's digital platforms, app, website, and social media. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, detail-oriented communicator who can implement campaigns, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver engaging initiatives. What you'll do: - Assist in executing the marketing communication strategy across digital channels (website, app, email, social media, and other owned platforms) - Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned across campaigns per the platform's varied consumer personas - Support the creation, implementation, and optimization of campaigns to drive engagement, awareness, and user growth - Help plan and execute brand initiatives, activations, and digital campaigns to strengthen Hyugalife's presence - Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing insights for optimization. Qualifications: - 24 years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or brand communications roles - Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail - Understanding of brand strategy and experience supporting brand management initiatives - Experience supporting campaigns across digital platforms, websites, apps, and social media - Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment - MBA or relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
