What You'll Build - You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality day-to-day service delivery by defining, tracking, and meeting ambitious KPIs and SLAs. - You will provide advanced technical expertise in BASIS and database technologiesparticularly HANA. - You will collaborate across teams to streamline processes, enhance automation, and deliver proactive operations services along with effective alert-reduction programs. - You will manage and prevent escalations by taking proactive steps and driving initiatives that boost operational resilience and customer satisfaction. - You will proactively monitor alerts and maintain system stability by analyzing issues and implementing timely corrective actions with clear mitigation plans, in 24*7 operations - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to address customer pain points, streamline processes, and enhance service delivery. Also optimize standard operating procedures through automation and deliver proactive, on-demand operational services, including alert-reduction programs for all stakeholders. What You'll Bring - 10 years of experience in SAP Basis ( mainly in ABAP & Java), SAP Operations, and SAP Monitoring, with strong expertise across SAP systems, HANA databases, and the supporting infrastructure components. - Hands-on proficiency with monitoring platforms such as SAP Solution Manager, CCMS, FRUN, and various third-party tools. - Demonstrated ability to diagnose system issues effectively using logs, traces, and alert outputs, supported by strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset. - Experience implementing preventive measures and stabilizing complex SAP environments to ensure consistent performance and reliability. A solid understanding of Linux/Unix and networking fundamentals further strengthens your technical foundation. - Additionally, you bring experience in problem management and structured root-cause analysis methodologies, enabling you to drive continuous improvement and long-term operational stability.
