Core Responsibilities:
Server Management: Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows servers, including virtual and physical servers.
Handson Experience: Working and configuration on Vmware EXSI, vCenter, VM creation, and allocation storage
System Monitoring: Monitoring server performance, including CPU usage, memory, and network performance.
Security: Implementing and enforcing security measures, including firewalls, anti-malware software, and access controls.
User Management: Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights to ensure appropriate access to resources.
Backup and Recovery: Performing regular backups of server data and implementing disaster recovery plans.
Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting system errors, server issues, and user-reported problems.
Documentation: Maintaining detailed documentation of server configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Patching and Upgrades: Applying security patches and software updates to maintain server security and stability.
Performance Tuning: Optimizing server performance to ensure efficient resource utilization.
Technical Support: Providing technical assistance to end-users and other IT staff.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant security standards and industry regulations.
