Overview The Bulk Fuel Dispatch Team is responsible for the efficient and timely distribution of fuel products to various locations. This role is critical to ensuring that fuel delivery operations run smoothly and adhere to safety and regulatory standards. Required Skills and Qualifications (MBA/BBA with Finance) Fresher can also apply Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field will add benefites Strong organizational and planning skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulatory requirements provided by company. Proficiency in inventory management and dispatch. Key ResponsibilitiesFuel Distribution Coordination Plan and schedule fuel deliveries to meet customer demand and operational requirements. Maintain accurate records of fuel quantities and delivery schedules. Optimize dispatch routes to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries. Safety and Compliance Ensure that all fuel dispatch operations comply with industry safety standards and regulations. Conduct regular safety checks and audits on fuel transport vehicles. Train team members on safety protocols and emergency procedures with the help of resources provided by Company. Communication and Customer Service Liaise with customers and suppliers to coordinate fuel deliveries and resolve any issues. Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and concerns promptly. Keep customers informed about delivery status and any potential delays. Inventory Management Monitor fuel inventory levels and place orders to replenish stock as needed. Implement inventory control measures to prevent shortages and overstocking. Work Environment The Bulk Fuel Dispatch Team operates in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Team members must be prepared to work irregular hours and respond to urgent delivery demands.
