Contact Whatsapp 6382473625 Job description The Process Associate - Data Entry is responsible for efficiently entering updating and maintaining data in various databases and systems This position requires attention to detail accuracy and the ability to manage large volumes of data in a timely and organized manner The Data Entry Officer will also assist with data validation document management and reporting tasks as required by the organization Key Responsibilities Work from Office - Onsite - Trichy Typing is Mandatory - Minimum 33 WPM Accurately enter data from various sources forms reports etc into the company s databases or systems Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before inputting into systems Organize and maintain digital files and records in an efficient manner Ensure data is processed in compliance with data privacy and security policies Data Quality Assurance Perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy Identify and correct discrepancies or errors in the database Maintain a log of data entry tasks and progress Collaborate with other departments to understand data needs and requirements Ensure that data is aligned with departmental and organizational goals Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive data Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data protection and privacy Qualifications Education Any Degree Skills Type Writing is Mandatory - Minimum 33 WPM Strong attention to detail and accuracy Familiarity with database management systems and data entry software Excellent typing speed and accuracy Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay From 10 500 per month Attendance Incentive - 500 based on full attendance Schedule Rotational Shift Day Mid and Night Shift - 6 AM to 2 PM 2 PM to 10 PM and 10 PM to 6 AM Education Bachelor s Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 10 499 00 - 10 500 00 per month Application Question s Candidate must be available for Rotational Shift Day Mid and Night Shift - 6 AM to 2 PM 2 PM to 10 PM and 10 PM to 6 AM Experience Typing 1 year Preferred Location Tiruchchirappalli Tamil Nadu Required Work Location In person
