Job Description At Aedium Design, we are a dynamic team of creative and entrepreneurial designers who collaborate to provide innovative design solutions for the real estate industry. As one of the only firm offering a comprehensive 360-degree design service, we specialize in Architectural, MEPF, Structural, Master Planning, Corporate Interiors, Landscape, and Infrastructure Design. We deliver integrated solutions across a variety of sectors, including Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Pharma, Hospitality, Industrial/Warehousing, Data Centers/Labs, and Mixed-Use Township Projects. Our headquarters are based in Bengaluru, with additional offices in Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai and Pune. Job Summary: Responsible to drive business development efforts to acquire new HNI clients, enhance brand visibility and achieve business targets to meet company business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Responsible to drive business development efforts and strategies to screen potential business opportunities, acquire new clients, increase market share and maximize client retention. Attending business meetings with potential clients to convert leads to opportunities. Preparation of business proposals, Submissions, attending tender and bid meetings. Market trend and competition analysis Improve and implement BD processes, structures, and best practices. Reporting on success and areas of improvement by preparing reports on a regular basis. Represent the Aedium Design in the market and the key networking events to enhance brand visibility. Provide feedback and market requirements to the management to improve market competitiveness. Partner with Studio directors, take part in project pitches and presentations to meet client needs and expectations. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate degree in Architecture/Engineering (preferred). 5+ years of Business development/sales experience with HNI clients. Ability to convert client relationships into opportunities for the business. He/She with entrepreneurial mind-set and ability to bring in a structure where missing. Exceptional leadership skills and an approachable individual.
