About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with hands-on experience in AWS and Azure environments. You will be responsible for addressing technical queries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering high-quality support to our US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS and Azure infrastructure and services
- Provide accurate and efficient solutions by leveraging cloud platform knowledge
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams with proper documentation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and cloud technologies
- Log and track customer issues using CRM and ticketing tools
- Meet performance goals related to customer satisfaction and issue resolution
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer support roles with exposure to US clients
- Strong knowledge of AWS and Azure (certification is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using support tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar CRMs
- Willingness to work in US time zone (Night Shift)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
- Prior experience in tech support for SaaS or cloud-based platforms
