Job Description Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership & P&L Management - Lead business verticals with full P&L ownership - Drive profitability through cost control and optimized service delivery - Build scalable models for staffing, apprenticeships, and skill-aligned workforce programs 2. Business Growth & Expansion - Design and implement annual business development plans - Identify new markets, sectors, and product opportunities for growth - Expand service portfolio across geographies and emerging industries 3. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management - Lead B2B partnerships with corporates, staffing agencies, and government employers - Deliver client-specific solutions for staffing, apprenticeships, and payroll - Maintain high client satisfaction and foster long-term strategic relationships 4. Operational Excellence & Performance Monitoring - Oversee implementation of WISE, RTD, certification, and apprenticeship programs - Monitor operational KPIs, delivery metrics, and quality benchmarks - Implement reporting systems for business and program tracking 5. Team Leadership & Capability Building - Build and mentor high-performing teams across business development, operations, and delivery - Set and monitor KPIs for regional and functional teams - Foster a performance-driven and client-centric culture 6. Compliance, Quality & Risk Management - Ensure statutory compliance in payroll, staffing, and apprenticeship operations - Mitigate legal and operational risks related to workforce deployment - Maintain audit readiness and quality assurance standards 7. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration - Collaborate with internal MSU teams (academic, marketing, admissions) for aligned execution - Engage with government agencies, SSCs, and industry bodies for partnerships and compliance - Represent MAPL in forums and strategic events to strengthen visibility and advocacy
