Job Description:

- Customer Complaints Management: Handle and resolve customer complaints, focusing on quick and efficient issue resolution
- Warranty Management: Oversee warranty issues and ensure they are addressed within the specified time frame
- Issue Analysis: Analyze issues at the customer line and provide in-depth 8D reports and analysis reports
- Customer Portal Updates: Responsible for updating the customer portal for CAPA, 4M changes, PPAP, layout changes, and PDI documentation
- Customer Satisfaction Maximization: Focus on maximizing customer satisfaction by addressing issues proactively
- Customer Audit Improvement: Work on improving customer audits to meet quality and compliance standards

Required Candidate Profile:

- Strong experience in customer complaints management and warranty handling
- Proficient in 8D reports and analysis report submission
- Experience in customer portal management (CAPA, PPAP, etc.)
- Ability to improve customer satisfaction and customer audits
