FASS's service offering includes M&A advisory, capital raising services, financial and operations restructuring, turnaround and Insolvency and Bankruptcy related M&A. Job Roles & Responsibilities: Project and Client Management: - Plan and execute tasks effectively Manage time effectively by strict adherence to commitments - Willing to stretch and switch contexts - Interact with clients and seniors independently and effectively to accomplish work tasks - Earn client's trust by displaying superior work ethic with utmost importance on client confidentiality - Deliver superior quality work and satisfies client expectations - Develop lasting relationships with senior CXO client, investor and advisor executives Delivery Excellence - Distill analysis from information and identify second order implications - Systematically break down a problem into focus areas - Prepare marketing materials on the client company including teasers, executive summaries, information memorandums, and management presentations with limited guidance from seniors - Build complex financial models and perform transaction and valuation analyses - Identify and conduct research on potential buyers/investors (and targets on buy-side transactions) - Run the process of preparing information for setting up and managing the data room - Communicate directly with clients, potential buyers/investors and other advisors - Manage the junior team on the project to deliver quality outputs within deadlines Business and Practice Development: - Support seniors in writing proposals - Conduct research and analysis with minimal guidance - Assist the team in sector coverage including connecting with senior management of companies - Support in writing POVs, thought papers, developing tools/solution etc. Communication: - Articulate ideas in confident and concise manner - Concise and effective written communication with high level of clarity and quality - Prepares high-quality slides and decks - Actively engage in meetings and add value to discussions by participating effectively Team-Work: - Share relevant knowledge with team members - Contribute to development of the team capability - Develop positive working relationships and create positive working environment - Engage with team beyond own work and help other team members Basic Qualifications: - MBA / CA / CFA Experience: - Required: At least 5 years of professional experience in front-end investment banking including M&A or private equity fund raise - Worked on at least 5-6 private equity or M&A deals, end-to-end - Candidates with 2-3 successful deal closures will be preferred Inclusive Diversity A&M's entrepreneurial culture celebrates independent thinkers and doers who can positively impact our clients and shape our industry.
