Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). - 3-7 years of experience in channel sales, distribution, and field sales in the solar industry (mandatory). - Strong network with distributors, dealers, and channel partners in the renewable energy/solar sector. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills. -
