Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager with 35 years of experience to oversee sales operations and drive business growth across assigned outlets in Hyderabad. The role involves leading sales teams, ensuring achievement of targets, analyzing market trends, and fostering strong customer relationships while collaborating with internal teams for seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth across designated outlets.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales executives to ensure high performance.
- Develop and execute area-level sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through superior service delivery and problem resolution.
- Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics to management.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure adherence to sales processes and brand standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to implement promotions and campaigns.
- Drive productivity, training, and skill enhancement of the sales team.
Required Skillsets
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in telecom, retail, or FMCG.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and coach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and retail sales dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- Master's/Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
