Maintain employee records and update HR databases. Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires. Help organize employee engagement activities and events. Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and HR policies. Participate in employee feedback collection and analysis. Marketing: Assist the marketing team in executing digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, content creation). Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Support content creation for blogs, social media posts, and newsletters. Help manage company social media accounts and engage with followers. Assist in organizing webinars, events, or promotional activities.
