Position : HR AND MARKETING DURATION : 60 DAYS STIPEND : UPTO 10K ( PERFOMANCE BASED ) FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS OPPORTUNITY TO GET PPO AND LOR COMPETITION CERTIFICATEKey Responsibilities: Human Resources: Assist in the recruitment process including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Maintain employee records and update HR databases. Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires. Help organize employee engagement activities and events. Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and HR policies. Participate in employee feedback collection and analysis. Marketing: Assist the marketing team in executing digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, content creation). Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Support content creation for blogs, social media posts, and newsletters. Help manage company social media accounts and engage with followers. Assist in organizing webinars, events, or promotional activities.
