Recruitment Analytics & Reporting Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare weekly/monthly hiring reports. Analyze recruitment data and metrics to improve hiring efficiency. Suggest strategies to reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire. 6. Campus Recruitment & Internship Drives Coordinate with colleges and universities for campus placements and internship programs. Organize job fairs, career talks, and talent acquisition events. 7. Process Improvement Stay updated with the latest recruitment tools, technologies, and hiring trends.
