Job Description

Admission Counselor for Edtech Sector (Sales Position) - Mohali & Noida

Henry Harvin is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals to join our Business Development team. If you are passionate about sales, enjoy interacting with people, and are looking to grow your career in the edtech industry, we want to hear from you.

Location :-

- Mohali
- Noida
- (Work-from-office role)

Interview Process:-

- 2 Rounds (Virtual)

Role Summary:-

As a Business Development Executive, your role will focus on engaging with potential learners, counseling them on suitable career-building courses, and driving course enrollments through effective communication and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Pitch relevant courses to prospective students
- Provide course counseling and career guidance
- Follow up with leads and close sales
- Maintain CRM and update records regularly

Required Skills:-

- Strong verbal communication and sales skills
- Ability to pitch products confidently
- Basic understanding of career counseling (preferred)
- Target-driven mindset and willingness to learn

Qualifications:-

- Graduate or Postgraduate in any field
- Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply

Working Days:-

- 6 days a week
- Rotational week off (Sunday )

Salary Details:-

For Freshers:

- 15,000 17,000 per month (fixed)
- Incentives based on performance

For Experienced Candidates:

- 22,000 26,000 per month (negotiable)
- Final offer will depend on interview performance and last 6 months&apos bank statements
