Role Overview:

As an Admissions Counselor at Emo Matrix, you will be the first point of contact for prospective learners. You'll guide them through the admission process, address their queries, and help them select the right programs based on their career goals and interests. This is a high-impact role combining empathy, communication, and student guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Connect with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and Zoom
  • Understand learners' backgrounds and career aspirations to recommend suitable programs
  • Offer detailed information about certifications, diplomas, specializations, and learning paths
  • Follow up with leads and drive enrollment conversions
  • Update and manage student records in the CRM
  • Coordinate with academic and support teams for seamless onboarding
  • Stay up-to-date with program details, offers, and counseling protocols
  • Participate in regular team meetings and trainings
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Sciences, or any related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in counseling, student services, sales, or customer support (freshers welcome)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism
  • Interest in psychology, mental health, and learner development
  • Organized and comfortable working with CRM tools and online communication platforms
