About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Admission Counselor to guide parents through the school's admission process and ensure a smooth onboarding for new students.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle admission inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.

• Provide detailed information about the school, curriculum, facilities, and policies.

• Conduct campus tours for prospective parents.

• Assist with application forms, documentation, and admission requirements.

• Maintain an updated admissions database and follow up with leads.

• Coordinate with internal teams for seat availability and interview schedules.

• Achieve monthly admission targets.

• Represent the school at events, fairs, and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education/ Counseling background preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in school admissions, front office, or counseling.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
