Job Description - Only candidates with 15+ years of experience in Banking/ Fintech apply - Only candidates based out of Delhi NCR or willing to relocate apply Job Description - Provide strategic legal advice and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements specific to the banking sector - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. - Manage legal risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate potential liabilities. - Oversee litigation and dispute resolution processes, ensuring the company's interests are safeguarded. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with legal policies and procedures. - Develop and implement legal strategies to support the company's objectives in the financial services industry - Lead and manage the legal team to drive efficiency and effectiveness. The Successful Applicant A successful Head Legal should have: - A recognised degree in Law from a reputable institution and 15 years of experience - Experience in handling legal matters within the banking or financial services industry - Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements. - Proven ability to handle complex legal negotiations and disputes effectively. - Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
