About Job Opportunity At TMT Law Practice TMT Law Practice is hiring an experienced Associate to join its Transactions, Advisory & Policy (TAP) team in New Delhi, focusing on complex commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and product counsel within the TMT sector. Job Details - Position/Vacancies: Associate Transactions, Advisory & Policy (TAP) team - Job Type: Full-time (On-site) - Experience: 34 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE). - Location: New Delhi - Compensation/Benefits: competitive/commensurate with experience Practice Areas / Focus - Technology Law (AI, Cloud, IT/ITeS) - Telecommunications & SatCom - Data Protection & Privacy - Media, Entertainment & Online Gaming - E-commerce, AdTech & Fintech - Regulatory Advisory, Product Counsel & Policy Eligibility & Requirements - Experience: 34 years PQE in Technology / Media / Telecommunications / Fintech / Online Gaming / E-commerce / AdTech or closely related sectors. - Contract Expertise: Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts and building contract playbooks. - Advisory Experience: Strong advisory experience on deal structuring and regulatory matters (e.g., SatCom, IT/ITeS, Cloud Computing, AI). - Experience providing product counsel/advisory for new products/features. - Excellent contract drafting, commercial judgment, and ability to translate complex regulations into business-friendly advice. Key Responsibilities - Draft, negotiate, and manage complex commercial agreements and create playbooks/templates. - Provide regulatory advisory and compliance guidance across TMT sectors. - Counsel product teams on legal risks of new products/features and advise on market entry strategies. - Advise on deal structuring and commercial terms in technology and platform transactions. - Keep abreast of regulatory developments and proactively counsel clients.
