Job Description Act as a trusted legal advisor to the executive leadership team and board of directors, Lead the organization's compliance function, ensuring adherence to all relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards across global operations. Handle and manage critical and important legal disputes, litigation and complex contracts Ensure compliance with national and international Food and Pharma regulations Lead and manage the legal department team of 10+ people Develop and implement company policies and legal compliance programs Coordinate with external legal entities and government agencies Stay updated on relevant Food laws, healthcare laws, rulings and regulations The Successful Applicant A successful 'Legal and Compliance Head' should have: 18-25 years of overall experience and should be heading Legal and Compliance function of an organisation or Deputy to the Head. Open to Gurgaon as a location, WFO/WFH Candidate can come with experience dealing Consumer tech, E-commerce, Food and healthcare industry
