Your Role - 15+ years of overall IT experience. - Minimum 5 years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud as a Technical Consultant. - Completed at least 2 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. - Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud database structure. - Extensive hands-on experience with: - BI Reports - Data Migration - Integrations - Workflows - Technical knowledge of Oracle HCM and Payroll (Cloud & EBS). - Desirable: Functional understanding of Cloud HCM from a technical perspective. Your Profile - Act as Subject Matter Expert for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects (MENA region). - Design, develop, test, and support technical components including: - BI Reports,Integration,Data Migrations,Workflows,Fast Formulas,HCM Extracts - Conduct technical workshops and engage with stakeholders for requirements gathering. - Perform unit testing and develop test plans for new or modified code. - Create and maintain documentation: - Requirements,Technical specifications,Training materials - Support and enhance existing customer solutions.
