Oracle HCM Cloud Development Support Consultant

Job Description This role involves hands-on development, enhancing system functionality and resolving technical issues to meet business needs. - Develop and maintain custom solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL, and BI Publisher. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management. - Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver solutions. - Create technical documentation and provide training to internal teams and end-users. - Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and user experience. - 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud development - Experience with HDL / HSDL, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher and OTBI report development. - Experience with HCM Analytics configuration and deployment. - Strong experience as Oracle HCM developers (not general Fusion ERP developers) - Strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits).
