Position Overview We are seeking a Telesales Specialist to join our outreach and admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with schools, students, and parents to create awareness about SAJRE-NAS and facilitate participation. This role demands excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and a passion for promoting educational initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Conduct structured outbound calls to schools, parents, and students to introduce and promote SAJRE-NAS. - Explain the objectives, benefits, and registration process of the competition clearly and professionally. - Achieve individual and team-based sales and enrollment targets. - Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up data, and call reports using CRM or internal systems. - Address queries and concerns promptly while maintaining high standards of customer service. - Collaborate with zonal and regional managers to support outreach and marketing efforts. - Prepare and submit daily and weekly performance updates to reporting managers. Qualifications and Skills - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory). - 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or educational outreach. - Strong verbal communication in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage. - Proficiency in basic computer operations (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, etc.). - Goal-oriented, persuasive, and able to handle objections professionally. - Ability to work independently and as part of a coordinated sales team.
