We are looking for a Business Development Specialist / Manager to work with a leading advertising agency in Mumbai Job Summary: The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the agency. This role involves understanding client needs, pitching creative solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful advertising and marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across digital, ATL, BTL, and experiential marketing domains. Develop and implement strategies to grow the agency’s client base and expand existing accounts. Prepare compelling business pitches, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients. Work closely with the strategy, creative, and account management teams to craft tailored solutions for client objectives. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential target industries. Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with agency goals and profitability. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets. Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in business development or sales within an advertising, marketing, or media agency. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals. Strong understanding of advertising, digital marketing, and brand strategy. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and strategic thinker. Preferred: Experience working with regional or multinational brands. Existing client network within the advertising and marketing industry.
