Job Description

Location: Bangalore (Onsite) | Type: Full-time

Were looking for a results-driven Junior Graphic Designer who is passionate about designing for performance media. This role requires a mix of creative flair and an analytical mindsetsomeone who loves making beautiful visuals and then optimizing them based on what works.

Key Responsibilities

- Design paid media creatives for Meta, Google, and emerging platforms.
- Break down ad performance data and use insights to refine creative strategy.
- Create modular visual assets that support iterative testing.
- Coordinate closely with marketing leads to meet campaign goals.
- Deliver assets at a high pace with uncompromising visual quality.

Requirements

- 23 years of experience designing for advertising, digital campaigns, or ecommerce.
- Mastery in tools like Photoshop, Figma, and Illustrator.
- Bonus: experience in ad versioning, multivariate design, and live performance dashboards.
- Comfortable with fast iterations and proactive communication.
