About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer with a passion for creativity and design. The ideal candidate should be proficient with basic design tools and eager to learn and grow. You will work closely with the marketing and operations team to design engaging creatives for digital platforms, offline promotions, and brand-related projects.

Responsibilities

  • Create social media creatives, including posts, stories, banners, and advertisements.
  • Assist in designing outdoor creative materials, including posters, flyers, standees, and hoardings.
  • Support in website designing and maintaining brand consistency across platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand creative requirements and deliver within deadlines.
  • Stay updated with design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in basic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar).
  • Good sense of colour, typography, and layout.
  • Creativity with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (not mandatory).
  • Internship or freelance design experience will be an added advantage.
