Position Overview

We are hiring a Junior Graphic Designer (Photoshop Specialist) to join our client's in-house design team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong Photoshop expertise, keen attention to detail, and a passion for producing visually engaging designs for both digital and print platforms. The candidate will collaborate closely with senior designers, marketing, and product teams to bring concepts to life, while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Role & Responsibilities

Creative Design & Execution

• Develop high-quality visual assets, creatives, and layouts using Adobe Photoshop
• Work on social media creatives, presentations, banners, event collaterals, and marketing materials
• Adapt and localize global design templates as per project needs

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work alongside senior designers and marketing teams to execute creative briefs
• Ensure timely delivery of design assets across multiple projects

Quality & Brand Consistency

• Maintain design consistency across platforms while innovating with fresh ideas
• Follow brand guidelines while contributing creative inputs for new campaigns

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer with strong Photoshop expertise
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or other design tools (bonus)
• Detail-oriented with excellent visualization and execution skills
• Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
