Pratra is a global travel technology company helping the travel industry transform through innovative software products About the Role We are looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Manager to lead the strategy setup and execution of our marketing automation and CRM-driven campaigns The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in HubSpot and Zoho with solid knowledge of platform configuration optimization and data management This role is central to building and scaling our B2B marketing programs ensuring effective lead nurturing accurate database management and measurable ROI from campaigns Key Responsibilities Marketing Automation Management Configure manage and optimize marketing automation platforms HubSpot and Zoho Implement workflows lead scoring models and automated nurture sequences Ensure proper integration of marketing tools with CRM and other systems Campaign Execution Optimization Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns email nurturing workflows reactivation Build and optimize landing pages forms and content-driven automation Track campaign performance and optimize for better engagement and conversions Lead Database CRM Alignment Maintain clean and segment the lead database for improved targeting Ensure smooth data flow and alignment between marketing and sales teams Manage compliance with data privacy standards and industry best practices Analytics Insights Develop reports and dashboards to track MQL SQL conversions and campaign ROI Provide insights to enhance customer journey engagement and pipeline contribution Requirements Experience 5 years overall in marketing with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation Strong background in HubSpot and Zoho platforms setup configuration optimization Exposure to data handling system integration and migration is a plus Proven experience in running B2B campaigns and managing lead databases Skills Proficiency in HubSpot Zoho Marketing Automation Strong knowledge of CRM systems workflows and lead management Analytical skills to track performance and optimize campaigns Excellent communication project management and stakeholder coordination Preferred Qualifications HubSpot certification s Experience with demand-generation channels email campaigns LinkedIn Ads Google Ads Prior exposure to B2B SaaS technology industry Benefits What We Offer End-to-end ownership of marketing automation strategy with global exposure Opportunity to scale campaigns and improve pipeline contribution Collaborative and growth-oriented work culture
