Units and Business FunctionsPartner with countries and key business stakeholders to lead the identification of changes in business and the initial drafting of end user storiesDefine PODs with various technical roles and oversee the delivery of the product capabilities Drive consultation of architects key business stakeholders service providers and IT management in design planning integration expansion problem determination and resolution Take ownership for innovation through sustain product release strategy including third party providers Validate the delivery of the business value and expected outcomes periodically and collaborate with business stakeholders to measure and report on metrics Drive investigations gain support and implement MDM technologies that can provide business value to Takeda Act as the go to person for stakeholders and liaison driver for business community Possess strong knowledge of both business and technology regarding MDM solutions and developments ACCOUNTABILITIESDefine business outcomes for various MDM Initiatives and establish the baselined metricsReview the end-to-end design and architecture of informatica MDM solutions collaborating closely with business stakeholders technical teams and SMEsCreate and present solution architecture blueprints design documents and technical presentations to communicate complex technical concepts effectivelyProvide technical leadership during the implementation guiding the development teams to ensure that the solution is built to architectural standardsEvaluate new Informatica MDM capabilities and features and recommend their adoption to enhance the solutionCollaborate with cross functional and multinational teams to enable seamless data exchange and system capabilitiesDevelop different integration patterns to enable batch and near real-time integrations with applicationsEDUCATION BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS Technical Functional Line ExpertiseExtensive hands-on experience with configuring Informatica SaaS offering10 Years of experience in working with MDM Technologies and solution designProven expertise in leading multiple MDM engagements in parallel and demonstrating business valueStrong understanding of Data modelling concepts for the SaaS platform Ability to design efficient and scalable data models for master data entitiesIn-depth knowledge of integration technologies such as REST and messaging protocols Ability to design and implement seamless integration between Informatica MDM solution and other systems both in real-time and batchAbility to customize and configure Informatica MDM applications to accommodate business processes workflows and user interfaces Bachelor s degree in IT or equivalent in a related or directly relevant fieldSkill Certification on Informatica MDM SaaS offeringProven experience as a Product Manager in the Healthcare Professional domain preferably for HCP domain implementationIn-depth understanding of healthcare data HCP data sets and data management concepts Experienced in facilitating workshops and conducting requirements gathering sessions Good understanding of DG principles and DQ practices WHAT TAKEDA
