The Assistant Vice President, Finance, Central Operations Office will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and developing strategies to enhance financial performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance and will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of the company.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the financial operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize performance.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and financial goals.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

Skills and Qualifications

- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or CMA is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
