Job Title SME - US Mortgage Foreclosure 4 Yrs Location Airoli Navi Mumbai About The Client A Fortune 500 global leader in technology services and digital business solutions this company delivers comprehensive Business Process Services BPS and IT-enabled solutions With a worldwide presence it serves diverse industries including banking healthcare retail manufacturing and communications The firm s expertise spans a broad spectrum of critical processes from finance and accounting to human resources customer service and supply chain management - enabling clients to enhance efficiency drive innovation and achieve business agility on a massive scale We are hiring for an SME in US Mortgage Foreclosure The role involves handling foreclosure processes including reviewing loan documents initiating and tracking foreclosure activities ensuring compliance with US mortgage guidelines and coordinating with attorneys investors and other stakeholders The SME will also monitor timelines to avoid delays and ensure accuracy in foreclosure proceedings Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end foreclosure process for US mortgage portfolios Review loan files and ensure documentation accuracy Coordinate with internal teams external stakeholders and legal counsel Ensure compliance with investor state and federal foreclosure regulations Track foreclosure timelines identify risks delays and provide timely updates Prepare and publish reports related to foreclosure activities Support audits and quality checks by maintaining accurate records Requirements Minimum 4-8 years of experience in US Mortgage with strong exposure to Foreclosure process SME-level knowledge of foreclosure guidelines and compliance Good communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in MS Office tools Excel Word Outlook Immediate joiners or short notice preferred
