Your Role - SolarWinds Administrator with expertise in NPM, NCM, NTA and SAM modules - Installation of various modules in SolarWinds - Applying upgrade/hotfix as per the requirement - Addition, removal and maintenance of servers and services in SolarWinds. - Requirement gathering and interaction with client and understanding client needs. - Creation/modification of alerts to notify responsible teams for issues related to their systems - Configuring and scheduling reports for various applications as per the requirement. - Troubleshooting errors and configuration issues majorly related to monitoring of the network. - Creating custom views/dashboards for the application teams as per the requirement. - Creation of SOPs, documentation, processes and procedures for SolarWinds Your Profile - SolarWinds Module NPM SAM & WPM administration configuration troubleshooting maintaining - Configure and customize SolarWinds and Dynatrace tooling systems to meet organizational requirements Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of the tooling systems - Proven experience managing and administering SolarWinds and Dynatrace tooling systems - Creating custom views/dashboards for the application teams as per the requirement. - Creation of SOPs, documentation, processes and procedures for SolarWinds What will you love working at Capgemini - Capgemini Offers a range of Solarwinds Administration roles in India. - Enterprise scale monitoring using Solarwinds modules like NPM, SAM modules etc..., - Adiverse and inclusive culture built on values like honesty, trust, and team spirit andGlobal collaborationwith colleagues across 50+ countries.
