Hare Krishna Movement Chennai is engaged in serving the mission of Srila Prabhupada to spread Krishna consciousness on the solid authority of Vedic Scriptures especially Bhagavad-gita and Srimad Bhagavatam we systematically propagate spiritual knowledge to society at large and educate all people in the techniques of spiritual life in order to check the imbalance of values in life and to achieve real unity and peace in the world We bring the members closer together for the purpose of teaching a simpler and more natural way of life HKM Chennai also conducts various educational programs and cultural training for children and youth Thousands of children and youth have benefited from these programs The RoleYou will be responsible for Managing the full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting Driving accurate and timely monthly quarterly and year end closing Overseeing monthly closing and managing monthly reporting analysis Consolidation of group entities Ensuring compliance with all legislative tax and financial reporting requirements Liaising with internal and external auditors Managing banking relationships cash management and other treasury related activities Managing the budgeting forecasting and long-term planning process Analysing actuals against budget forecast and prior year Supporting decision making by providing stakeholders with timely detailed and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance Performing adhoc analysis where required to assist in management decision making Ideal Profile You have at least 12 years experience within a Finance Manager or Financial Planning Analysis role ideally within the Hospitality industry You are a strong networker relationship builder You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders What s on Offer Leadership Role Fantastic work culture Opportunity to make a positive impact
