We are seeking an experienced Tender Manager to oversee the preparation and submission of tenders for our projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tender management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the preparation of tenders and proposals for new projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
- Analyze and evaluate tender documents to identify key requirements and areas of risk.
- Develop and maintain a tender management system to track submissions and outcomes.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the tender process.
- Prepare and present tender submissions to management and clients as needed.
- Ensure that all submissions are completed within deadlines and adhere to company standards.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in tender management or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of tendering processes and procurement practices.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
