JOB DESCRIPTION
*Our team is looking for a passionate and self-motivated person to take on a key role
within the Sales team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining
relationships with Fundraising clients, as well as presenting, promoting and selling
our platform.
*You are results-driven, and excited about the idea of building an incredibly successful
sales engine alongside a fast-growing team and evolving product. You will provide
complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line
revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
*As an Inside Sales Representative you will work with our Marketing and Lead
Generation Teams and focus on identifying and converting qualified leads and
collaborating with the support and operations teams to ensure a seamless
on-boarding experience.
*You will bring experience and insights to help develop and
optimize our sales process, as well as implement best-in-class sales practices and
processes.
*You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with inbound
enquiries, researching and qualifying the prospect, generating interest, and assisting in
closing sales.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Handle the inbound enquiries received by Marquee and contacting the active
in-house prospect list
● Understand customer needs and requirements
● Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales Managers for further
development and closure
● Take 100% ownership for initial stages of the sales development cycle: new
business research, preliminary needs assessment/analysis and initial
introduction and online product demonstrations leading to paying customers.
● Perform effective online demos to prospects
● Actively build, manage and report on sales pipeline build up using CLOSE CRM
● Collect in-depth prospect information for subsequent consultative sales stages.
● Work with internal teams for prospect presentations and proposals.
● Maintain daily sales and productivity records. Present weekly performance
against sales targets in Company meetings.
● Build strong relationships with prospects through regular and systematic follow
up and contact programs.
● Conduct outbound calls with the intent of educating prospective customers on
the benefits of the various Marquee plans
● PartDesired Skills & Experience
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
● Master’s Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing or Communication).
● At least 1 year of successful B2B inside sales experience in Fintech, SAAS,
Telecom, Software industry.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
● Experience in online marketing sales, new business development sales.
● We strongly emphasize a consultative sales approach over "cold calling"
approach.
● Proactive, organized, dependable with proven ability to work well in a small
team.
● High Achievement orientation.
● High Motivation and ambition level for rapid career and financial growth. (Top
